Python module not found on Windows Server 2022 Standard

Hi! Start MonetDB with "C:\Program Files\MonetDB\MonetDB\bin\mserver5.exe" --set embedded_py=true ... CRITICAL: LoaderException:loadLibrary:Loading error failed to open library pyapi3 (from within file 'C:\Program Files\MonetDB\MonetDB\lib\monetdb5\_pyapi3.dll'): The specified module could not be found. Can someone help me solve the issue? Thanks!
